Convenience store/Exxon Gas Station/Deli all rolled up in one. Great breakfast and lunch bar and Hunt's Brothers Pizza. We have bought diesel and gasoline there for over 20 years and never had an issue with the fuel. They also offer dog, cat, livestock, and deer feed for sale and plants during the planting season. Just about anything you need in a pinch, they have it, including some hardware and auto items. Hometown Hospitality!

Neat place in the middle of nowhere...

As I sat at the railroad crossing 50 yards in front of this store, waiting for the world's longest train to clear the road, I developed a fierce thirst. After 20 minutes of watching drab-colored railcars roll s-l-o-w-l-y by, I whipped in for gas and a cold drink.

The exterior is typical small-town convenience store, but the store is larger than it looks and serves as a general store for the area, apparently. Groceries, hardware, dog food, cleaning supplies, etc. stock the shelves.

There's also a lot of cool old stuff around the store. Old scales, signs, and memorabilia from ye olden days. I wandered around a bit, ogling, selected a Diet Dr. Pepper, a can of snuff, paid for my gas, and hit the road.

There's a pizza/deli area inside, with a couple/several tables to sit at, if you have nowhere to be and want to idle. The lady behind the counter was friendly and made the pit stop a bit more pleasant.

Diesel pumps on the side, set-up like a mini truck stop.

We always stop by for lunch if we're in the area but today the food was a 4 out of 10 maybe it will be better the next time.

Breakfast was great. It was busy Saturday morning. I know where I'm going for breakfast every time I'm in Alabama.
