Pulling in it was virtually slow and I noticed there were a few girls working there outside smoking vapes and it looked as if they were petting a dog by the door. By the time I pulled up the skinny blonde girl walked in to hand me my order before washing her hands. Other than that I like this place.

I don't think they hand out any food at the drive thru. Everyone I saw was sent to a parking spot and had to wait. Also check your bag, there a good chance your order will be short

I had to grab a quick meal and it was great. The Big Mac was not just thrown into the box. It was very neat and the fries were fresh and hot!

Paid for online food got to restaurant and the power was out still not sure how to get a refund. Went to separate mcds and was ignored and laughed at! worst experience ever very GHETTO will never get mcds in Birmingham again! My friend was beyond upset. We ended up eating ramen lol

I work for door dash I have to wait for like 30 mins to get myeal and at night these kids be playing I can't go in and get my door dash but kids can run around in the store

Ordered a McDouble, small fry and a medium Dr Pepper through the drive-thru.
Told to pull up to spot #1 because fries were cooking.
Sat in spot #1 for 7 minutes (after the pickup window operator said to pull up).
After 8 mins of just waiting in the parking spot, only got a regular (smallest) hamburger and a small fry.
Worst McDonald's in my history of going to any McDonald's.
