Took forever to get a online offer redeemed. Fries were cold. Asked for extra napkins. Was given 3 more. Wow. Staff didn't interact with us. Was very disappointed. Not like ours here in Cullman on 157. Night and day difference

Jack's is fairly close to us two miles away here in Ashville, I don't know if it maybe the teenagers who work there, always loved Jack's everything from their burgers to the chicken is awful unfortunately we do not eat at that location anymore, the final straw was like the lady earlier said the chicken would have bounced off the floor it was so dried up and hard that was our last trip to Jack's in Ashville, I'll gladly sign my name so you know who left this review

I have been a loyal Jack's customer for my entire life. I am over 50, and not usually a Karen. I went last night and ordered an 8 PC box of chicken and biscuits. Now, I normally assume there will be 2 of every piece. However, I received 5 wings, 1 breast, 1 leg, 1 thigh all dried out, and hard biscuits. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! It was not late when I arrived, around 715 pm. Still time when they should have been making fresh chicken. UPDATE CODY took care of the snafu the very next morning. Team training for the night shift is probably forthcoming.

Dont waste your time or money. I went through the drive through repeated my order 4 times when I got it ,it was still incorrect I wenr in to have ot remade but what I saw made me just want a refund, I watched kitchen people with gloves touch their clothing ie hats , shirts etc then door to the walk in(dirty) then go right back to make sandwiches, didnt wash hands or change gloves one was using her cell phone wearing gloves who are they protecting? There was more food on the floor than in the warmer.if they are comfortable representing their company like that in front of customers qhat do they do when you arwnt watching Makes me wonder .I'll never go back

Been in food for 20 years felt so bad for that manager the day I come. I always stop here 1st bad experience took 40 mins for me to get a side of lettuce for a sandwich that supposed to come with lettuce

Worst food I have had in a long time. Old chicken served dried up. Never again...too cold to dine in so we had to eat outside
