I enjoy conducting my business at the Altoona Post Office. They have the sweetest staff and very helpful towards your needs. Any time that I have needed assistance with my mail they would call me personally and let me know what I needed to do in order for them to correct any issues. There are only two things that I believe that they can improve on: One would the hours on thursday's, they are only open from 8am-12pm: Second, they never have enough money in their drawer to cash out money orders. I have to then go to Oneonta, 20 miles away to cash my money order. Other than those two things, the staff is great!

Terrible service. I’m sure the employees are nice but the service is terrible. I’ve never had trouble with missing mail until I moved to Altoona. Missing mail and now missing packages that say delivered but are nowhere to be found. Literally money in the trash. Get it together you guys.

We have witnessed our mail lady just drive by and then the status update on our package changes to undeliverable. I don't have a problem with FedEx or UPS delivering packages. With USPS though I've had to find time to pick up almost all of my packages. I think she is just lazy. Pathetic service.

Ridiculous, delivered my package to the wrong address, and has made no attempt to correct the mistake. I just don’t see how delivering mail to an address that’s wrote in front of you can be so difficult. Money thrown away!!

I ordered some personal massagers from adam and eve I wont say why but I couldnt find them for 2weeks and they said delivered. I finally found them beside the mail box in the bushes. And they were too corroded to work.
