I just received the most botched order I've ever received from any restaurant. Mix-match ingredients and zero out of four of the sandwiches were correct.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because 0 was not an option. I ordered on line at 10:45 and requested 11:20 pick up time as my lunch is from 11:30 to 12:00. Get here to pick it up with receipt that payment approved AND NO FOOD. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN MAKE IT UNLESS I PAID...thank goodness a friend was there to use her debit card. Seriously, why offer on line ordering ahead of time? Won't make this mistake again, there are other places to eat in town!

Good but the meat was very dry. I noticed their veggies looked very fresh. I like that a lot. It was just the meat and cheese didn't taste very fresh to me. Staff was friendly and kind.

Fair warning don't use the app.... if they don't receive your order in store there is nothing they can do about it or your refund even if your showing them the money has been taken and your proof of order.

I ORDER GRILLED CHICKEN STRIP ON A SPINACH WRAP AND THEY DIDN'T WRAP IT RIGHT WHEN I GOT IT TO THE HOUSE AND OPEN IT UP IT JUST FELL ALL APART AND THEN THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG SAUCE I PROMISE YOU I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE

Pretty smooth experience here. It was clean and the young lady (there alone) took care of everyone with a smile. Great service, and the line was kind of long..but it moved pretty good considering. Understaffed.

It’s the only subway I know that opens at 10am and closes at 8:45pm. Now I see why Jack’s is flourishing in the small town because they don’t turn customers away at 8:50pm just so they can socialize and make their dinner.
