Very good customer service is so important to returning customers! Make sure to always greet your customers and thank them for coming, because that helps each worker start working. Within customers no business! So I salute every employee that uses good customer service.

JACK'S RESTAURANT IN FAYETTE COUNTY ALABAMA IS AWFUL THE FOOD DON'T BE HOT HALF OF THE TIME AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR SO LONG TO GET YOUR FOOD WHEN YOU ORDER AT THE JOB THRU BEFORE YOU GET TO THE WINDOW THEY SHOULD HAVE YOUR FOOD READY BUT THEY DON'T IT DON'T MAKE NO SENSE I AM GOING TO TRY NIT TO GO BACK TO JACK'S.

Order the Breakfast Platter with no grips the cashier announced to the Cook no grits I got my plate it had grits on it

The food was not good. It looked and tasred like it was warmed up in a micro-wave oven. I told them no salt on my fries. You could tell they were not fresh. He had dropped fries that had the fry salt on them and pulled them out again. It was obvious because there was still salt on some. I will not go back there again.

Tbh I was kinda scared to eat my food. The Mac and cheese were fresh out of th freezer and still cold in the middle. The ice cream was also in a sad state and it was very freezer burnt. One positive thing is that we didn’t have to sit and wait for our food for 30 min.

They need to make gravy fries a menu item but otherwise it's pretty good fast food.
