Where do I even start? This was one of the coolest experiences I've ever had. We did the shortest flight and I think it was perfect. The process was seamless, from the shuttle from the hotel, to the sizing for waterproof boots, to getting to and from the plane. The flight was incredible, and our pilot provided ample opportunity for both sides of the plane to get amazing views. I was prepared for it to be a rough ride, but it turned out to be one of the smoothest flights I've ever been on. Even the glacier landing (which is an absolute must add-on) was surprisingly gentle.

If you're planning a trip to Alaska, this should absolutely be on your agenda. Yes, it's a little more expensive than some other activities, and you're at the mercy of the weather...but if it works out, it's a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Wow! To call this adventure a once-in-a-lifetime experience would be an understatement. I have nothing but praise for the folks at Talkeetna Air Taxi. The excursion itself was well worth the price and the customer service reaffirmed the value. Prior to arriving for my party's scheduled flight, we received a call from the desk advising us of weather conditions. We met with Amanda at the registration desk and she gave us a few very thoughtful alternate options to ensure we had a positive experience. Luckily, our plans were a bit flexible, so we decided to rebook for the next day. Amanda took care of the booking immediately, at no extra charge. Thankfully, the weather improved by the next morning and we knew we made the right decision. Our pilot, Daniel, took care to make sure both sides of the plane had the opportunity to view all of the best sights of Denali and the surrounding mountains, while offering very informative commentary all along the way. He landed smoothly on the glacier and gave us plenty of time to take pictures, explore, and chat with him. He even offered to take brief photoshoots of each group individually! I took more photos from the flight than I took in the entire week I was visiting the rest of Alaska. Thank you, Talkeetna Air Taxi!

What a great operation! Fast, efficient sign up, friendly staff, and the flight was pretty incredible. The landing on the glacier was super cool. Pilot narrated the views along the way in perfect level of detail.

We did the 2-hour tour, which was the right length for what we wanted. Highly recommend it!

We had great experience on the Denali flight seeing tour! Highly recommend! The team on the ground was professional and courteous. Our pilot was amazing- showing us points of interest, landing us on a glacier and even took our picture! Trip of a lifetime! The views were amazing and worth every penny!

Service and friendliness of the staff was great, they explained what the experience would be like in great detail.

The pilot, Andy, was very knowledgeable and made sure we all fully understood the safety rules without sounding overly officious.

The flight itself was fantastic and completely exceeded our expectations. The sights were to magnificent to describe and Andy’s commentary topped it off perfectly.

Worth the money… very professional and courteous staff… it was a beautiful sunny day for the journey too. We landed on Ruth glacier… saw majestic snow clad beautiful mountain peaks… but Denali peak was not visible due to clouds on the top which probably is the case usually. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the plane ride, Asa our pilot was amazing experienced, our flying and landing was smooth. We had enough time on the glacier to explore the wilderness and snow blanket on the mountains. The experience was surreal. Weather was just perfect, just needed a light jacket, layering up helps too. Will definitely recommend Talketna Air taxi.

We few over and around the mountains. Sew Denali with a cloud over the peak. We were up about 10,000 feet and went in through granite cliffs. Landed on Ruth Glacier and saw beautiful sights. Great weather. Totally pleasing experience. Our pilot Eric was GREAT ????

Wow! What a view! The whole experience was a huge highlight of our Alaska trip. We booked the Grand Denali tour with Andy. He was exceptional. Friendly, professional, and so knowledgeable. But of course, Denali was the main attraction and it did not disappoint. Also, the glacier landing is otherworldly. Definitely worth the add-on.
