Food was amazing! We started with the crab cakes and drinks. I had the rice bowl with salmon (ask for both sauces and mix them). My wife had salmon and son had the halibut. Loved sitting outside and watching the groups walk by. Service was great!

It was a great place to stop for a comfortable sit down lunch. The menu wasn't huge, but it was diverse, and everything was tasty and high quality. The atmosphere of the restaurant was bright and airy even on the overcast day we went. It was a nice change from the rustic/lodge aesthetic that many places around here are. Finally, the people working there were some of the nicest people we'd met on our trip. The customer area is nice for interacting with other people dining. Overall, a great surprise that we had no regrets on picking.

The reindeer chili was tasty, but I wish it had a little spice much like the steamer clams broth. Service was as friendly as it get. A great first stop as we entered Talkeetna.

Ok now my dining expectations of Alaska are all ramped up. Really good lunches, including a pan-fried cod burger and salmon bowl with brown rice.

I had the fish and chips. Amazing. Other family members had burgers, rice bowl and halibut. We would definitely eat here again

What a gem!!! Amazing food and the staff is attentive and fun, too! The halibut was absolutely rockstar!!! HIGHLY recommend this hidden gem!!!

What a cool place. Perfect to get out of the crazy downtown during the busy season. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. We had the black cod special and poached salmon. Both were cooked perfectly and delicious. They know what they're doing here. Thank you!
