Very frustrating experience. Ordered online so I could get in and out fast. When I arrive the lobby is closed and there are 8+ cars stretched out of the drive through into the parking lot.

Turns out they are short staffed and the lobby was closed due to that. If that's the case I would recommend turning off online orders. The point of online orders is for the folks that don't want to or don't have the time to sit in the drive through.

Chips (and chip items found in crunch wrap and burritos) are ALWAYS stale. Consistently... like it's pretty bad.

The folks at the window were decent. Just not very accommodating ????

Wow, went to Taco Bell today 5/6/2023 order was wrong, horrible quality, nothing in the taco, worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, hands down.

Food was soso. Quality of veggies was poor. Lettuce was browned and tomatoes were green and flavorless. Staff was friendly. Parking leaves a lot to be desired. Restrooms ???? were in need of cleaning. With limited fast food, it's not a surprise it's only mediocre... better off getting something from a grocery deli section

Posted hours state they open at 7AM but on multiple occasions I pull up after 8AM and they informed me that they are not open for another 15-30 minutes.

This morning my kids and I were running behind so I told them we could go to Taco Bell instead of having breakfast at home but when we arrived at 8:11AM, again they were closed.

I had already placed my order on the app and had to cancel it but I’ve still been charged which the Taco Bell employee stated wouldn’t happen so I’m going to have to follow up with corporate which I imagine will be fun.

Aside from that, there is no consistency at this Taco Bell. Half of the time the burritos/tacos have very little filling. Ask for no tomatoes or sour cream, there’s a good chance you’re getting them anyway.

Edit: Kids wanted to try again this morning so we did. Rolled up at 8:26am & there was a line so I took that as a good sign. Each person passed through after enough time that they could have placed an order but when it was our turn, no one was there. I gave them more than adequate time to respond but no one answered. I pulled up to the window & beeped out of frustration but no one came. They were accepting a food delivery so there were employees there but they CHOSE to ignore customers that were there an hour & 26 minutes AFTER opening. They really need to get their “stuff” together as this is ridiculous.

We ordered taco supreme bundle which comes with lettuce tomatoes cheese with meat. They clearly were out of lettuce and said nothing. So when i go to eat the taco I'm expecting it to be there and i was disappointed. It would have been nice to be told that they were out because i would have chosen something different.

Gave it a 1 because I can’t get a negative number to come up. Tried two days in a row thinking was just that crew. First day made order and was paying in cash. Change was supposed to be .72 $ worker says he didn’t have any change so he proceeded to charge me the full amount with me eating the change. Next day could hardly hear young lady at drive thru. Missed most of the order when we got to the window food was laid in bag loose moved bag and tacos went all over other food in bag. This location needs a lot of help It was good when it opened but is in dire need of management.

DON’T GO! I went to TB on 4/19/23 and ordered a #10, wanted NO spice, extra steak, easy rice, easy cheese and easy sour cream.

My drink had no syrup, just carbonation. My taco wasn’t full but edible.

The burrito was spicy ????️, loaded with cayenne and I spit it out. Not what I ordered. I wanted the manager to remake it but he said his computers were down.

Sadly, I went back on 4/20 and re-ordered the same thing but only got a massive chunk of under cooked disgusting rice, hardly any steak. Good thing I ordered extra steak or none would’ve be on it. Even the flour tortilla was undercooked and spongey. I will never go back.

The people that work here are very nice. Thats the only positive. My husband and I moved here two years ago and visit taco bell about twice a month. Not once have we gotten everything weve ordered. There is ALWAYS AT LEAST ONE thing missing if not more. This amount of mess ups is ridiculous to me. I am tired of paying for items i dont recieve then the manager telling me they cant refund online orders. About done with this taco bell. Ridiculous
