Burrito shells were crispy for a bean burrito? So guessing they were trying to get rid of older shells? Ended up not eating half of my food because of that ????

Love this taco bell. I only wish when I ordered the "box meals" they would come in a box. Putting them together sorta stinks. The order is for multiple people going separate ways in a "carry-out".

Saturday 10-29 I had an issue here. It was my own fault. the staff at the store was very compassionate and went way out of their way to help me. The service rendered deserves a huge pat on the back. Know my faith in great customer service was restored. THANK YOU!

I have lived here 5 years and never once gotten my order done right. Even something simple as 5 regular crunchy tacos will have sauces or even lack meat! Better to go to the Fairbanks chains…

I ordered twice in 2 days and just few minutes ago I got order togo. Again messed up.
I asked for 1 chicken and 2 veggie burrito specifically and still they all gave beef only.
Really sucks. I have to throw all beefs ones coz we don’t eat.
Super hungry and get wrong order no wish to drive back all d way to store.
Will never going back to this location.
1st day not even a single order on screen still they messed up. Thank you for your customer service.

Do not order ahead or through Door Dash. Every time we’ve ordered that way they leave something off the order. At the counter and at drive through it’s not too bad and the employees aren’t the worst in North Pole.
