Got some good help finding what I needed. Nice staff, selection is sometimes a little limited. Appreciate the fact that this is available in North Pole, saving me a trip to Fairbanks.

Definitely better than the old location, super organized and I love the odds and ends that they carry. Things I didn't know I needed! Like HobbyLobby but for yard work, tools and other projects needs.

Great for when you don’t want to go all the way to Fairbanks for something.

I’ve rated this location with 3 stars, as on more than one occasion the staff (plural) has been brash. There’s at least a couple of employees there whom (in my opinion) look at their customers in a negative light.

Additionally, the hardware selection isn’t always the best.

What they do well: great sporting goods selection for the size of the store. Also priced fairly for the hardware and construction supplies they do have in stock.

This is the gem of North Pole when it comes to everything you need. I come here for everything that deals with home repairs, garden, hunting, fishing, and some automotive. They are a tad more expensive than the box stores in Fairbanks. Fine with that, I pay a tad more what I would have paid in fuel. Service is friendly and can tell you items are located in the store. This is my go-to hardware location for a quick turn around back to the house. I am blessed they are in my community.

We called to see if they had an item, the guy who answered the phone told us they sold that item. We asked if they had them in stock and how many, he told us he couldn't give us that information. We then repeated our question, and again he said I cannot tell you if we have any.

Pretty well stocked for reloading supplies, would have given 5 stars but was low on powder options.
