I've been with H&R Block for close to a decade if not more. If I come across biased that because I am. I will always go back because of the great service my family and I have received through the years. The staff are very polite and caring, yes even during the hectic tax season. My TAX Rep: Karen Hoops is the best of the best! With H&R Block she has over 16 years but has done this line of work for over 3 decades! That is experience and that is why I have and will remain a loyal customer with H&R Block. Karen Hoops is a phenomenal gal and I always look forward to doing my taxes with her every year!

Monica helped us out with last years taxes and through her experience we could correct some of the errors that were missed in last years taxes. She was very professional and very thorough with all the paperwork. I filed online, even with living out of state, I was able to have her assist me virtually. I would recommend anyone to go with H&R Block. As long as we are able to virtually do our taxes and receive the outstanding help of Monica, I don't think that I could ever change location/company.

It was super crowded and loud, they are located in a room with clearance items so people are literally coming in and shopping while you're dealing with private and vital information..definitely weren't prepared or knowledgeable about the Child Tax Credit..so it was pretty horrific.. I just pray all goes well with all of our paperwork. More than likely will never go back to this location...

The lady that worked with us was not only professional, but was personable. She made our time go by quick and easy. She explained everything to us thoroughly. Made it easy to understand for two young adults! Her name was Marcey!

Teresa has always done us well. She is quick, very well informed on tax procedures, professional, and remembers us from the previous year. As long as Teresa works at H&R Block we will continue to schedule every year.

I want to thank Ms. Monica Bowers for being my tax preparer for this year. I was ask several times to try this person or that person, to do my taxes but my answer will always be Ms. Monica Bowers as long as she is with H&R Block.

It was so loud in the room i was getting my taxes done. There was only 7 maybe 8 other women standing right behind my table with the tax individual i was set up with, she didnt say anything to her co workers about quieting down and she could tell i was getting frustrated with the loud noise. I definitely will not be returning so i can spend over $300 to have to yell at the person sitting nwxt to me to get my taxes filed correctly.

The person we worked with was amazing. Everyone else in alaska has been horrible. Haven't really had a good experience up here
