The staff is rude. They toss the food to the customers. My chicken sandwich looked like it was made with violence. They just threw the ingredients inside the bun with anger. Had to wait 15 minutes for my sandwich and pay 8 dollars for that bland and horrible thing. Never going back again.

Place has really gone down hill in the past 6 months. Its as bad as mcdonalds now. They dont have food you have to wait 15 min for food because they dont have any cooked and i have ro go back multiple times because my order is not complete... use to be a 4 star place...

I don’t know why everytime I come in there the employees have an attitude. I’m always polite and respectful because I know what it’s like to work in food service. I simply asked for extra sauce, I told the employee that I was willing to pay for it as well, she looked at me as if I was stupid and she tossed the sauce on the counter and said “there you go”. How rude?! I was nothing but polite to her and my politeness did NOT deserve her rude behavior.

I ONLY Recommend the Popeye's on Elmendorf, AFB. If you can't get on base see if Door Dash will deliver to you FROM Elmendorf Store.

I would have given this place 5 stars but they are not very current with some of the selections offered in the lower 48. I’m sure it’s a management issue so I don’t fault the staff for this. Staff is very friendly and helpful which is quite amazing as it seems like they are always understaffed.

Giving it a three because the people were very nice but my chicken sandwich was raw. Could have been a fluke and not a normal occurrence but I bit into my sandwich and the consistency was like a raw piece of meat. sure enough I looked at it and it was pink and raw in the middle. Nervous about my 2 year old eating her stips, I checked all her chicken and it was cooked well. A quick pop in the microwave and spit out of first bite and it was good to go. be careful with the thick pieces of chicken
