We ordered the steak wrap and the honey mustard chicken wrap. They were both delicious. I am a very picky eater and I loved it, without the pico. The person who took our order was extremely helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes to get our food and it was worth the wait.

The food here is always magnificently excellent and never fails to fill me up when I'm feeling hungry. I can eat here for lunch, and once I've finished off a well-grilled burger or a juicy platter of crispy loaded fries, I feel no more hunger until dinner! Service is always friendly and fast, and they're open year-round, in the delightfully warm and inviting summer, and in the harshly invigorating winter! Drinks like soda are only a dollar a pop, and the menu is very varied and almost always delicious!

Don't judge a food truck by it's cover. We were traveling to Fairbanks and almost didn't stop here because it was 11:45 and had no customers. (usually a red flag) We are so glad we gave it a try. This place has amazing food. The Fire is on FIRE. Everyone in our party had different menu items and it was all delicious.

The chicken wraps are awesome, not to mention the fries. Service is really quick, and for atmosphere,.. you’re outside surrounded by the mountains. What more can you ask for?? Get over to The Fire and order some lunch!!!!!

The birria tacos were so good!

They bring their food truck to the Fairbanks area often. Do yourself a favor and give them a follow on Facebook and hit them up next time they’re near you. You won’t be sorry!

This food truck provided good service, although it was a little slow so you might want to order ahead. They apparently offer an online option for ordering which we did not know about. I have the fire-loaded fries, and while it was a little light on beef, the dish was still good. The presentation was very nice. It's a little pricey but that's to be expected for the area.

Fire tacos are amazing!!! Been in town for a week. So far the best place to eat. Second place in this town does not even come close.
