It's beautiful and well maintained; we originally planned to stay overnight but decided to stay the extra night because of it's captivating beaty, the eagles flying overhead, and the conditions of the campgrounds themselves. We lucked I to them, and if you do too I hope you enjoy them as much as we did!

Campgrounds were good & well maintained. But Wow, right there on an incredible beach. Highly recommend pulling your 4wheel drive onto the beach for a night under the midnight sun☀️

Great location about 30 minutes out of Homer and right on the water. The sites were good sized and had trees between most of them. The pit-privies were clean and stocked with TP. Be advised, you may hear the tractors start running at the boat launch early in the morning to get fishing boats launched. We would definitely stay again.

Nearthe water where I saw 20 bald eagles eating on the beach. Amazing!

The camp ground is awesome. The beach right by is always packed with Bald Eagles. This is mostly due to the amount of fish carcasses due to the Fishing charters cleaning fish off shore. The Anchor River nearby is also teaming with Dolly's and steelhead trout. I love it here.

Probably one of the most chill and beautiful places to camp on the Kenai. You’ll avoid the crowds of Homer while still having a beautiful set up within one hundred yards of the beach
