I asked for receipt for an Amazon return and they said they don’t provide one “you can take a picture”. Not surprisingly I have now had two items NOT make it back to Amazon for the refund.
I have now been going to another UPS store where I receive a receipt for everything without even asking and I get it with genuine hospitality.

All of the negative reviews for this location are accurate. Terrible does not even begin to describe how bad the customer service is here.

Need proof you dropped off your Amazon return? I was told by the manager himself to "go to a different store", all because I asked for a drop-off receipt.

Insanely high prices, rude staff, and horrible customer service.

The owner, Mike, is extremely condescending and is trying to charge you for anything. I tried to print one page and he wanted to charge me $3 for computer use when I gave him my USB port. When i told him that his own son who worked here did not charge it, he blamed his own son and asked me for the money I should have been charged. When I asked for the usb he threw out of anger to me.
Also Jessica is the rudest employee I have ever seen in any UPS store. She hanged up on me and treated me like dirt in person.
For shipping go to the post office. For copies go to the office max by target.
Avoid this place l!!!!!

Browsing through the reviews on here and was shocked to see that I am not the only one who has had a run in with a particualr “young girl” who works at this location. So, now it’s my turn to tell everyone my experiences here as well. For whatever reason, this girl REFUSES to provide you with a drop off receipt when doing Amazon returns at this location. She states “you already have the tracking number in your Amazon account”. What she fails to understand is that these returns regularly get lost in transit back to Amazon. The receipt isn’t so we have the tracking number genius, it’s so we can prove to Amazon that the shipment was tendered to the store so we can get our money back in the event it goes missing.

I absolutely DETEST this kid, her lousy attitude, and the store owners for keeping her employed there. Although, I can’t blame her for her bad attitude too much. If I didn’t go to school and make something out of myself other than a cashier making minimum wage, I’d be pretty grouchy too. I can only assume she is the daughter of one of the owners who keeps her employed out of pitty. I see someone else recommended using the post office which is a stones throw away, and I couldn’t agree more. Do yourself a huge favor and shop elsewhere.

This location apparently only hires angry young high school girls. I can't even begin to tell you how many issues I have had with a "certain young lady" that works at this particular store. No matter how polite I am, no matter how much I smile, this girl gives me nothing but attitude, EVERY-SINGLE-TIME-I GO-THERE. Even worse, she has on multiple occasions over charged me by adding in services I never asked for. Needless to say, I don't use these guys anymore. The post office is literally right behind this store, which is where I now do all my shipping. Avoid this place like the plague.

Unhelpful young woman refused to give me a receipt for my Amazon drop-off returns. When I asked why this UPS does not provide paper receipts when the UPS on Scottsdale Rd that I normally use does, she replied that I will receive an email receipt. News flash--Amazon provides an email "receipt" only when the return is registered in their system. If something gets lost along the way, as has happened to me, I will not receive my refund unless I can prove that I dropped the package off at the UPS store.

I'm frankly blown away by these negative reviews and can't IMAGINE what their beef was? We were tourists from out of town, had shopped at many of the local merchants and found things we wanted to ship back home. EVERY SINGLE merchant we dealt with told us to go see Michael at this store and assured us he was 100% accommodating, friendly, ethical and just a great guy! We couldn't have had a better experience... Michael went WAY out of his way to help us with an item really difficult to ship, was incredibly generous and couldn't have been nicer! One of the very best customer experiences I've had in years! Grateful and really appreciative!
