The employees who work here are very nice. It is disappointing that each time I need to go to the bathroom here, it’s disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere, the stalls have stains on them , and the toilets are horrific. Not sure if they are understaffed here but there’s room for improvement that needs to be done.

We just moved to the area and got a membership. The staff seems friendly and overall the store is clean & organized. We purchased food during our last visit and the pizza was really greasy but overall everything tasted good.

???? My biggest and only complaint at the moment was how dirty and unstocked the Family Restroom is! I have not used their regular bathrooms yet but I was really upset to go in to change my 9 month old and find there are no changing table covers stocked and the table was filthy (you could see dust and dirt in the creases, didn’t look like it gets wiped down properly). Usually we bring something for her to lay on but didn’t have it. I had a really hard time changing my baby and stressed the whole time she was trying to touch everything. Didn’t have paper towels and the toilet, sink and floors are really dirty. Very disappointed and really affected my overall experience.

Sam's generally has what I want or need. Today, they were out of my paper towels & paper plates. Not a big deal, it happens. So, I bought some chicken and assorted fresh cookies, that should help me get over it, lol.

Love everything except the greater. Always asks if my service dog is a service dog. She is well marked and well trained. Unfortunately, I see dogs that go nuts when we turn the corner. Why ask when a ankle biter in a stroller, is lied about. Why ask. Today I asked why. I was told..."I'm just doing my job"

We did the Scan $ Go to avoid the registers but the line to get out is too long!! Also couldn't find any employees to help us find anything and the app doesn't say what aisle items are in!! Prices are good though. ????

For a driver, this is easy access. Plenty of room to maneuver. Options for entrance and exit, and plenty of services nearby. Getting unloaded has been a bi-polar experience. You may get the same people, but you won't get the same reception each time.
The diesel price was $4.45 a gallon today, so I dropped the trailer and used Sam's club discount. Had to have a positive spin on a lot of wasted time. I'll be back.

Negativeu003dwaited 20 minutes before I could speak to worker delivering to 2nd car arriving ZAFTER me. I couldn't get email to open past Sam's Club blue screen. The text said to type HELP, & I did. Then it said to call. I dud, got corporate. They told me to stay on line while they called store. I was on corporate call for 20 minutes before I honked 3 times for girl delivering to other trucks. She said she knew she had a call but was alone so didn't answer it. That was corporate & me. ???? Think worker & I both were having bad days. NOT pleasant at all. For my being irritated, I'm sorry, but your pick up system is NOT easy like grocery stores.

SAME! THIS Cafe service is a 1-star. 0 efficiency.
They make you wait and wait to order, then you order and go wait and wait and wait in the line for pickup. Where you are asked to repeat the order you just placed and paid for. This is slow and horribly inefficient and annoying. Floor and tables are a mess, not clean.
At store checkout, this 3rd visit, each time, the self serve register has an error requiring you to wait (and wait) for someone to come correct it. Only 2 other lines open and they are long! When you leave the store, every single item in your cart is scanned again and matched one for one to your receipt. This is slow. Lines are because of these processes made by someone upstairs who has no idea the impact on service. Look at your processes management! Poor slow service.
