Darla is an excellent APRN! She takes time to listen to her patients and look for root causes of symptoms. Her staff nurse, Abby is also amazing! Everyone at this office has gone above and beyond to care for me and my family!

I’ve had good experiences in the past at the viola clinic, I feel like lately it’s gone down hill. I had to call and get my prescriptions called in last month and I told the gal 3 separate times which pharmacy and of course they called them into the wrong pharmacy still.
Today I had an appt at 9:00. I showed up at 8:50 and no one even acknowledged that we were in the building until after 9. We got all checked in and were the only people in the building. I wasn’t brought back into the room until after 9:35, the MA took my BP and o2 stats and Darla came in right after. I had a quick maybe 2 min conversation and she was gone. Didn’t listen to my heart check my reflexes or anything. Overall it felt rushed. Like I said before I came to Darla because people highly recommended her but after feeling so rushed I feel like I may lol. For another provider.

Real people who go out of their way to help and actually take time to sit and talk about issues instead of just guessing what to do. I feel like Darla and her nurse April and secretary Amanda have hearts of gold and truly care!

Love the staff here. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful! Would definitely recommended Nurse Practitioners Family Clinic to everyone!
