Until the last few years, I had faithfully returned to Warren and Susan for many things I needed, including good advice and detailed instructions. But the phone message of today 22/12/29 announced they can no longer get the parts and supplies they need for their customers, AND the voice mailbox was full, AND her website is down. I think something very serious is wrong, and I will begin to pray. In the meantime, I will write to Susan a letter of encouragement by snailmail.

After having very good experiences for over 2 decades with Ozark I am sad to report that that has changed. I was sold a booster pump that was not inexpensive, which did not work and for which I have not been reimbursed. I was also sold and charged for carbon pre-filters for my reverse osmosis unit which were never sent by Ozark and for which I was never reimbursed. I have left numerous messages by phone and by email, none of which have been returned. I am not sure what is going on with Ozark these days to cause such terrible client service but I can say confidently that Warren Clough would never have countenanced these kinds of things with the company he built.

Fabulous customer service! Keeping my RO water filter maintained on a regular basis is easy with Ozark Water & Air Services. Susan is incredibly helpful and works hard to make clean water easy and affordable for her customers. I highly recommend this business!

My family has used Ozark Water & Air Services since 1989 when we purchased our first Reverse Osmosis water purification system from them. They have been a great help to us through the years with several water and air products and other resources.
