The air conditioning has been out for almost a month now. There is no phone number to call just a sign that says scan here to find more locations. Extremely disappointed that I need to travel to get any supplies that aren’t from the gas station up the way. Do better DG. Service your customers, the only reason I know about the AC is because I asked the manager at Gravette DG and she told me what going on

Terrible customer service. While in the Sulphur Springs, AR store, I waited at the self check out register for over 5 minutes. I had double scanned one of my items and pushed the button for assistance. I could clearly see the store employees talking in the back of the store. Waving my arms failed to catch their attention. Store employees then just walking by, glancing towards me, and then leaving the area. A vendor in the store Finally went to find somebody to help me. When employee finally came to front and I told her what had happened she said"oh, if I had known this was all you needed I wouldn't have made you wait so long". I plan to avoid this store and will not recommend it to anyone. Pitiful.

I visited the store at around 8:00 Sunday evening. The employee was literally sitting in one of the chairs (that were for sale) talking on his cell phone. I spent a total of 15-20 minutes in the store in which he was constantly on his cell phone. I watched two costumers plus myself that used the self check out because this employee was too busy on his cell phone to notice that they were ready to check out. I went out to my vehicle and placed the items purchased in my car. I continued in my car to watch this employee talking on his personal cell phone.
I walked back into the store and had a discussion with the employee about being on the cell phone for the entire time in which I was at the store. I asked Felix if this was a business call and he identified that it was not. I stated the facts as I witnessed it and he had the nerve to tell me that he felt personally attacked. He stated I did not know him, that the person on the other line was very important to him and that he walks from Noel every day. None of this which is related to work. I advised him that it makes somebody like me not want to come to this store. Management, I think you need to reevaluate your employee. Watch the camera’s that you have in the store. You have made a bad choice hiring this employee! I, who frequents the store several times a week (spending anywhere from $80. to $100 dollars a week) will no longer be stopping at this store. Extremely unsatisfied customer! My suggestion…do not shop here. Drive the extra 4 miles to Gravette or even Noel!

Honestly, worst experience ever. I went there to use my coupons.. apparently I’m unable to use more than one including my $5 off $25. Then to top it off… I went ahead and did it online (pick up order). The worker said it was completely fine and was already getting my order ready. Then I went AGAIN and according to the manager and worker.. the dollar general at Sulphur doesn’t do pick up orders!! SMH soooo why didn’t they call me to tell me that it wasn’t working instead of having me drive all the way over there just to say “they don’t do pick up orders”

Staff are nice, I can find the stuff I need very easily. Place is more clean then the one in Gravette.

If I could I wouldn’t even leave a start. Rude employees specially the manager instead of helping with the issue she made things worse and not only that she said that the dollar general has never done on line orders and looking at me like I was crazy. I will never return to this store!!!
