We got there late...but the service was top notch, recommendations were incredible and the food was great highly recommended

Sadly...like several others have said....this place is hit or miss. First off...food was awesome! Worst service ever. We were rudely sat at a table. Not spoken to for about 9 min when we finally got chips and salsa. Then another 8 min went by at which point 4 employees began pointing at our table and speaking Spanish....then a server came to take our drink order, took another 6 min to get our drinks, and another 11 min to take our order. They were steady, but not slammed. Loved the food, but there are more reliable and consistent places nearby. I suggest to go to those places

I was really disappointed. I ordered the Diego special that specifically states it's pork on a bed of fresh in house made guacamole. I was handed a bowl of pre packaged green slime and it was disgusting. Our waiter also was nearly non existent, nearly every other employee served us instead of him. It was not a busy day, there's no excuse. Yuck.

Man, what a whiff. Not many tables occupied. We ordered drinks and waters, waiter disappears for ten solid minutes. We walk up to hostess and simply ask for the waters. Five more minutes passed and nothing. We left, and I stopped at the front to offer to pay for the chips and salsa that we ate for 15 mins with no drink, but alas, nobody was at the front for me to give money to. Lots of other places for fajitas and a drink within a 3 mile radius.

Had the steak tacos and tamales. Absolutely excellent! And great service.

This was our first, and last, visit to Las Margaritas. While the food was right down the middle, not great, not lousy, it boiled down to service and cost for us. The staff was untrained and unattentive. We had to go to the cashier, basket in hand, once for for a refill on chips. Our drink order was forgotten not once but twice. We also ordered a small and a large cheese dip. They were the same size. Finally, we were never given a tab to cash out and had to go the cashier to start the check out process. Speaking of drinks, we were charged $17.50 each for two Paloma cocktails. No special tequila, just a regular Paloma that turned out to be smaller than those you can get elsewhere.

There are too many options in this space in Springdale to accept average food, poor service and expensive drinks. There are far better options.

Food was fantastic, Jocelyn's service was pretty bad. Choripollo, Supreme nachos, ceviche, and the la Diabla shrimp were all delicious, hot, and fresh tasting. Our server, while very nice, was either inexperienced or was having an off night. Incredibly difficult to understand her or get anything from her in a timely manner even with the restaurant not being busy. We had to rely on a hostess and other servers to get items.

I hate leaving bad reviews on places I really do, and this is completely different than a dining in experience, I’m complaining about the pick up orders. Every time we order our food at this location, there is some sort of problem with our order. EVERYTIME. they just throw our food into the to-go boxes, it gets all mixed up together. Doesn’t even look presentable, but the reason I wanted to make this 1 star review is really because of the service I was treated with whenever I showed up to fix my order. I ordered 25 tacos and the “hanger” in me waited till I got home to check the food I just assumed it would be correct the first time. But when I did get home from my 25 minute drive to this location I open the box the tacos didn’t have the meat in the shell, DEFINITELY not how they would serve tacos to a dining in customer. The meat was just thrown on top of all the tortillas not prepared to eat we would have had to put it all together ourselves, which would sound like complaining from me until you consider the fact it’s their job to make it look presentable and the right way. . Just have to completely take no pride in your work to let food go like this. Especially if people have to drive to come pick it up they want their food right the first time and a mistake is understandable but it’s happened the past 4 times we have been here. It’s not just a 10$ mistake either we spend 100$ at a time at this place it’s really disappointing.

Good enough to fill the family up. Had the ground beef burrito and was tasty. Fajitas were good too. Nachos had som serious lettuce and sour cream if you like that kinda thing. All in all not bad.
