The service we received was mixed. Our waitress was very pleasant. Interactions with any other staff was short and curt, or none existent. The food was only okay. Flavors are good, but lacking in boldness. The chips were stale, but the queso was delicious. The cost to quality ratio is very mismatched. Expensive food for mediocrity.

I'm from Texas where Chuy's started. This location is 100% not like any other that I've been to.

The staff is lazy, incompetent and jerks. But after meeting the manager it's clear that he's the problem.

They don't know what a burrito is (and yes I know it's Arkansas, but it's a chain so instructions should be standard). A burrito is a tortilla with filling that is tucked and rolled up so it can be handheld. Chimichangs are fried burritos that are covered in sauce (or not). And enchiladas are usually corn tortillas rolled up with filling, with the ends open, and covered in sauce.

But they "make it fresh" so that means they cannot follow recipes or standards from the home office.

Also don't expect to get a non to-go cup for anything other than water, because even the margaritas come in disposable water cups, but "trust me.. they hold the same amount as the goblets"

It was extremely busy.. but we got our food fairly quickly and it was good! I would say a good TexMex place to go when that is what you're craving!!

Great service, all wait staff were professional.

However received pink/undercooked chicken, the server was quick to try fixing it, but the female manager on duty kept arguing with us claiming that the pinkness was due to the chicken and not the food temperature. After I stated my concerns she continued to rebuttal and proceeded to argue and claim that the chicken was "pink to the look."

Server was an awesome guy and came back to apologize after the manager's confrontation

Still love eating here, they are always slammed and there is a wait but worth it. I think there is a way to get a reservation it would be awesome if they do. If not then it would be awesome for them to have that set up. Honestly, they have very polite and amazing staff waiting tables and I feel like they make it so much better cause they just get it. They are there to do the job get it done right and work hard while having an amazing attitude towards everyone such a awesome environment. The owner should be very proud how they are and what they have built. And not sure but I think I seen managers helping serve as well which tells me another thing about them and of how they don't just stand by, but they have the "lead by example" attitude..

Went for lunch at noon on a Friday so of course it was packed, but that said we still got our food pretty quickly. Awesome wait staff and extremely friendly. Fajitas sizzled with amazing flavor fresh salsa was on point and jalapeno ranch was superb. Wish they still had the fried avocado that I remember from years past but was told it may be back on menu soon. Will definitely go back on next NWA trip.

Loved the food and experience. I ordered the chicken enchilada with some different house made sauces on the side!! The cheese dip was perfect. The salsa was more of a Pico. We loved it all!!! Hospitality was spot on!!!

Fast and friendly service, great drinks from the bar and the food was fantastic
