I bought two tt15 mini collars. The shipping was very fast, and I was very impressed knowledge of the staff. I had a problem with one of the collars and they were able to instruct me in fixing the issue over the phone. I'll definitely be a return customer!

Bought a collar from them 2 weeks ago for a pet. Not a hunting dog. Saw that the collar would not track very far. Called to see if I could return it and spoke with summer. She said she would give me most of my money back, but not all of it. She offered $500. I paid $1,050 for a Garmin TT15X and Alpha 100 from her store. She acted surprised that I paid that much from her own store. Even questioning me that I spent $1,050 on a collar. Not the best place to buy a collar. Just go straight through garmin. Save money and easier service.
