Service is good occasionally will have drops but not too often to be a worry. We moved monday Into a new apartment in the same apartment complex. we were told we would have a tech come out the coming Thursday to set us all up. We received a phone call Wednesday to confirm. Tech never shows, I call up an I'm informed they never had us in for a tech to come out. But the fella was happy to schedule us for the following Wednesday. So as far as service, it's good! Getting any is a pain

Price of internet for what you get is ridiculous. Every month I have started using them they just keep going up in price, despite myself making efforts to lower the cost they still go up. there is no competition for them and they are essentially a monopoly. I wasn't even there in my apartment for a whole week and i knew i had turned everything off yet i was still charged a ridiculous price for that month... I am going to get an audit done on them, because this is unfair to everyone who has to use them because we don't have a choice on the utility companies that we want to use.

The entire crew in customer service ,in my opinion, seems to be hard working everyday people just like their customers. They are respectful to all, quick on the job,and seem to be very knowledgeable. I have had the pleasure of meeting a handful of their crew in the front lobby as well as customer service reps. If I. Old give them 10 stars,I would do it. Keep up the fantastic work PLWC!!

Little high on prices but great people and great service. Very quick to come out with serious issues the few times they happen.

Only thing I would ask for them to improve is to add a higher speed fiberoptic service with a basic cable package. Not much need for expanded cable anymore with all the streaming services offered now.

Worst cable ever . Nothing but reruns. They should let the people have a choice when they start canceling channels, but they don't. I'd get rid of all those sports channels for a few good movie channels.

I wish I could give them minus star because they don’t have any emergency service. We will have to stay in hotel for three days because they don’t provide any services after Friday evening and also they cannot provide any service on weekends. Be serious You are provide the power service. This service is necessary for living. u can’t provide service to customer so shut down your company because u are providing necessary service to your customer.

The best; we have to do our part to keep updates as well. If I’ve ever had an issue and called they have responded quickly as for satellite, rainy weather is approaching as for satellite not for me!! Thank you PLWC you guys are great. God bless you all????

Very overpriced. While to some having one company to pay your light, water, and cable too may be convienet, to others this is a problem. The citizens of Paragould have allowed one company to control the entire function of the city. With this being the case what is anyone going to if they give false information or have to high of standards. Ever wonder what the base pay for electricity is in other towns? Water in other town? Ect? I promise per gallon, per electric, plwc has them beat.
