Very nice people, very professional, and on time. Meat is as packaged very well. The meat is cut fantastic! Can’t say enough good things about the shop. Will continue to use this shop in the future.

Just picked up meat yesterday.haven’t tried any yet but it looks great.would have given a fifth star if my flank steak was with my order.gonna have to edit this to a three star.they said my flank steak wasn’t marked on the cut sheet.i sent them a picture of my cut sheet which was clearly marked.now I’m being ignored.

We got a bacon wrapped filet and a ribeye steak. The husband grilled them tonight. They were tender and had a great flavor. We will go back!!

They butchered our calf just as we requested. They answered all my questions and did so with a very friendly and positive attitude. We thoroughly enjoyed doing business with them.

Great job, honest cuts were done right. Vacuum sealed,cursed ham were great love the smoke cute bacon. Great job!!
