Great grocery store. A tad higher than the big stores, but it's a price I'm willing to pay to support Mom and Pop.

They're always friendly helpful and clean prices are little high but that's how you would have to be to compete with Walmart

I felt very welcomed. The staff were helpful and friendly. The deli and bakery are my favorites.

Plenty of selection, some items just slightly higher than Walmart, but much more selection.

I remember shopping at James when it was at a different location when I was a little girl. It was one of my favorite stores to go to and unfortunately I have to car pool in order to go into Mena to buy groceries other wise I would frequent this place much more often.

James employees are the most friendly, and helpful staff I have encountered in any store. Good service is hard to come by, but they seem to bring their "A" game to work every day.
