I can not say enough good about Mitch Cash and Reva. I was lost when my father passed away. From the first phone conversation with Reva, I knew I had chosen the right people. I live in Texas and I was worried about the details and not being intown. Reva was on top of every aspect, and potential problems were solved in a professional manor before they could arise. I never realized all of the factors involved and the problems if not attended to in a timely manor. The office staff under Reva's leadership was available 24 7 it seemed.

Working with Attorney Mitch Cash and his team was the best decision I could have made. They guided and supported me every step of the way as my mother's health declined, and she passed away. They dealt with Medicaid, the nursing home, the VA, real estate transitions and financial arrangements. I could not have made it through this difficult time without them.

I have nothing but good things to say about these folks!!! Patty worked hard for me & my family and handled all the details of mom & dad's estate without any frustration. She was very quick & efficient. Everything went smoothly. She truly is a God Send. I am thankful I found Mitch & decided to let them take over. They knew exactly what we needed and there were no hiccups or delays. Excellent Customer Care!!! Love these people!

Great place and great people! People you can trust! They helped me so much when my dad had to go into the nursing home. I could have never been able to navigate the laws, rules and guidelines of the medicaid process without them.. They, also, helped me save thousands. They were so patient with me as we went through the process. I just cannot say enough nice things about this Firm. June is a jewel. She helped me so much ! I could not have survived this process without them. Thank You! Marva Anderson

Mitch & associates were so good with my parents, giving guidance & advice needed to fulfill their wishes( at time of death). They are so caring, compassionate, & knowledgeable when this time happens. Thank you all for making our experience as soothing as possible at such a sad time.

I could not be more pleased with the professional service I received from this firm. I have worked on the administrative side of Long Term Care for years but this was my first personal experience as a family member Mitch and Patty were so helpful, they made this difficult process much less painful and stressful in every way possible. I am confident in their credibility and knowledge of the laws, rules and regulations regarding nursing home placement. I would not have wanted to go thru this process without Patty . I trust her and Mitch to know their business and to have my mothers best interest on the top of the list. This is a very difficult process for anyone and the best part is the compassion Patty and Mitch have for people. In today's world that is hard to find! I highly recommend The Estate and Elder Law Planning Center!! Mitch and Patry are excellent!!!!

Patty Brewton was a Godsend. She was a tremendous help to us when our mother was placed in the nursing home. She is very knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone needing estate planning or for elder care. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
