This place was recommended by a neighbor. We decided to give it a try. Restaurant was fairly empty. Plenty of on-site parking. Plenty of Indoor and outdoor seating available. It was a little cold today to sit out on the deck, but the view is spectacular. Service was friendly and attentive. We ordered the Swiss chicken sandwich with fries and the BBQ nachos. My husband loved the Swiss chicken sandwich. My BBQ nachos were okay; good, but not the best I've ever had. They have daily lunch and dinner specials. Only downfall was everything on the menu was more expensive compared to other places (*inflation?*)Definitely worth a try

The hamburgers were great. One of us got the pasta special and it wasn't so great. Edible for sure, but really needed some seasoning. It was a little bland. Everything else was great. Service, atmosphere and a good menu to choose from.

Open faced roast beef was hot, great flavor, the grilled chicken sandwich had great flavor as well and fries were hot and delicious! Very affordable, serving size was perfect. River running right by it made a nice view. Would recommend to any traveler looking for home style food!

Nice casual restaurant along the water. Just almost across the road from Mammoth spring. You can sit inside or outside on the deck for an awesome view of the river. We were able to watch a muskrat playing and swimming below. The food was great and the staff friendly! Thank you!

Love the atmosphere! I ordered the chicken fried steak sandwich, and it was AMAZING, as were the onion rings my son got. My husband ordered the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, potato salad, and cornbread. He said the chicken and mashed potatoes both needed salt, and the cornbread was dry. We'll give them another try, though!

Great food, good service and a nice view of the spring with wildlife all around. Seen muskrat's, groundhog's birds and 2 snakes in the river from the deck while eating. Left full at a decent price and definitely will be stopping again on our next trip to Arkansas

We were in town on a stormy Sat afternoon so there wasn't many people there. The atmosphere was soothing to say the least. Most people that were there had decided to eat out on the back deck overlooking the river but we had decided it best to stay inside out of the humidity. My friend had the catfish dinner and mentioned several times of how good it was along with the brown beans. I had the BBQ sandwich w/fries. I was reluctant as usual to try unknown BBQ being such a picky BBQ person and all but listen, I gotta tell ya, i was pleasantly surprised with it all together. In short, everything about the place, and the town in general, we thoroughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. It's well worth the stop. August 26, 2023.

Great atmosphere. We sat on the deck overlooking the river. The service was great. Our waitress was new, her 2nd day I believe. Very friendly. No one’s eggs were right though. The over easy were over medium and over medium were just overdone. However, we go almost every year while in town and this was a first for anything less than wonderful.
