The people are very friendly and helpful. They have a great variety of options for people like me with many dietary restrictions and food sensitivities. I was impressed by the selection. Plus, the aisles weren’t too close together and crowded with displays like every other grocery store I’ve been to. It was comfortable and smells good.

This is very much like Fresh Thyme grocery, if you're familiar with that. Similar to a Whole Foods but more affordable. People here were nice and there's a white selection. I love high quality drinks and this place really carries a lot. There are also health supplements on several shelves and isles. There's a lot of delicious and healthy food packed into this place- which isn't small. It's a pretty big store but just absolutely packed in there.
Update: Today there were delicious free samples of chocolate. That was a bonus.

This store's selection of GTs Kombucha is 2nd to none. I always stock up when they are running a special on it.

Wish I would have known about this place sooner if you're all about organic and natural and healthy living and holistic this is the place for you I absolutely love this that we have this around highly highly highly recommend you check this place out oh and if it's your first time they give you a free bag

I just recently had a consultation with Amy, the Health Coach, and I believe it was a game changer for me. She gave me a lot of great information. Especially increasing my protein and strength training. I really appreciate the time she took explaining everything. It has been very helpful.
