My business uses them for Internet and phone and we haven't had any issues. The sales dept, we used Grant, was amazing! We picked out services, they evaluated and gave recommendations on what our company needed. We actually bought a package smaller(and cheaper for us!) than we had planned due to their recommendations and it's working out great. They even gave us a call when they noticed an Internet receiver was out to let us know and see if they could help. The receiver being out was not fault of theirs. We were undergoing construction, so our power was off to that part of the building. It was great to know that they were monitoring and responding to our service. I would highly recommend! Customer service is key nowadays and they have it.

After the recent storm that passed last week we experienced some difficulty with our phone line,,so I called the Pinnacle Office in Lavaca,Ar. around 2:30 p.m. and they said they would "try"to have a Technician out here today,,and I thought to myself,,yeah see you tomorrow sometime,,,well much to my Delight THEY did have a Technician out the same day and it was fixed promptly,,I can not THANK YOU enough for your PROMPT,PROFESSIONAL SERVICE,,Sincerely Mike Walker
