How on earth does this place stay in business? Final amount due at time of completion higher than the original contract I signed. Details on contract overlooked at the time of gathering all materials for the job, therefore unable to complete job to specifications. Received call from their office days in advance with a delivery date...no-showed with no courtesy call. Lost $180 for taking off work and no compensation. Unable to communicate with guys constructing the building...non English speaking or extremely limited. Expecting final payment at time of completion when job has been paid in-full in advance. No communication between employees at office in Lamar Arkansas. Guys on the job quibbling over gas mileage compensation in front of me and the local guy that represents Arkansas Carports. And, just this morning received a call from the Lamar office. She informed me to really look at the finished product while the crew is still present or I would receive an additional charge for them returning to the job....what? All the crew is concerned about is getting the payoff check and nothing else.

We had a set delivery date for them to come out and install our carport. They call several days before and say they have someone heading to our property right now to install and they would be there around 2. I tried to reschedule but they said it would probably be months before they could get back out. So I completely shift my schedule to accommodate theirs. Then they don’t show up until almost 6 o’clock and did not finish the install until after 10pm.

I've been waiting for the carport that I ordered 6 1/2 months ago 03/31/21. You finally told me they would be here Friday 10/08/21 so I stayed home and no one showed. At 4pm you called and said they would be here Saturday 10/09/21 and no one showed. Worst business/service ever.

If your considering a garage. Go elsewhere. Worst experience ever. Multiple no shows, sent wrong building size, all the garage doors are wrong size, put the window in the incorrect spot. Figure multiple days off work waiting for them to show up.

So far not very impressive I got called a week early to set up my appointment on a certain day I asked three different times about the date and day just to make sure and it was always the same one well the day is here and they’re not here so I called and was told we’re sorry but it’s scheduled for a week later not the day I was told sounds like the left hand doesn’t know what the right hands doing to me I hope the rest of my experience is far better than this

Will not honor their warranty. After several months still no return call from them. Metal fading and roof leaks. Manager will not speak with me at all.

The worst experience I have ever seen seven months to get a car cover. Go someplace else do not do business with this company
