Unfortunately, Keo does not offer mail delivery to your residence; Therefore, you are forced to use the Post Office. This COULD BE a pleasant experience IF the hours accommodated those who work set daily hours. They are open Mon - Fri 0800 - 1200 and Saturday 0745 - 1015. For me personally, it makes my window of opportunity a total of 1 day a week for 2.5 hours. When I inquired on the hours, I was told the people of Keo voted for these hours.......7 years ago (too bad I moved here 5 years ago and didn't get a vote).

I am constantly having issues with sending and receiving my mail which has caused problems with payments. When I inquire as to why, I am always told that the problem is with North Little Rock. I have received destroyed mail back with their blanket apology note. I did greatly appreciate that gesture because I had proof to provide to those questioning my sincerity after CONSTANTLY saying, "I promise, it's in the mail!"

I wish they would spread their hours to cover a wider range of hours of operation. Example: Mon, Wed, Fri 0800 - 1200 Tues, Thurs 1300 - 1700 Saturday 0800 - 1200.

Absolutely sick and tired of the post master returning our mail just because they can. we cant choose how items are mailed when ordering online. if we put the address in and its mailed via usps our package is returned. If we put post office box and it ships fed ex we will not receive it.
