Typically I wouldn't have much to say about McDonald's. This time is not the case. Let's get the bad out of the way. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich. The cut of chicken was just a terrible piece of chicken. No one's fault but the processor. Now the good..... The young man at the counter who was also cleaning tables and providing table service was great! He had such a wonderful attitude and was generally just a nice young man. You should be proud to have this young man representing your business.

I was informed by my husband that while I was in the woman's restroom changing my daughter that one of the guy workers walked in there. That is not okay! He did not even announce that he was coming in there or anything.

We stopped for breakfast, we were greeted with a smile, fast friendly service. Food was good and hot. Drinks cold and wet. Just what we needed for a long drive home.

Wife and I came here for lunch and ordered our usual meals, double QPC and Big Mac, both with fries and a drink. Service was slow—it took at least 15 minutes for the food to come out. Food was put together very quickly and carelessly, too, I'm sure because they were swamped. That's no excuse, though. I mean the DQPC patties were quite noticably misaligned and all the pickles were on one side of the sandwich. I worked fast food in another life so i understand the chaos during the rush, but it doesn't take much more effort to do things right. Oh, and several people with long hair—both women and men—had their loose hair just pulled through the back of their company caps. That's pretty nasty. That stuff needs to be braided and/or stuffed inside the cap!

Hsv McDonald's is on point! The sweet lady offered iced water because it's 100 outside. That's customer service! Whoever the lady from Houston. TX is there is a great member.

2 employees arguing at counter. Ordered 2 medium fries and got dried up old fries that were cold. Never go there again.

The food was normal McDonald's except they seriously need to change their grease.

The problem is over charging. I ordered meal with two drinks and upsized to large. Getting charged the extra for upsizing is not the problem. It is the math they do. $11.58 + $0.60 upcharge should be $12.18. They subtotaled $13.57 and charged tax on $13.57. I wonder how many people they have been ripping off. Showed shift manager and was told nothing they can do.

Service was good, food was good and put together great. Facility was clean. For a McDonald's this one was pretty good.
