Fast, friendly, professional, & went the extra mile. Called me back after he dropped off the car after hours at a local shop to tell me he fixed it and was picking me up out front to retrieve it. Ya can't ask for more than that.

Asked about having an abandoned vehicle removed from our property and was told they would charge us a fee. Called a competitor and was told it was free since the owner of the vehicle would pay for it or they would get to keep the car.
