POST MASTER GENERAL: How is that FREE delivery of mail to my RURAL childhood home was possible in the middle of no where but NOT AVAILABLE 12 MILES SOUTH OF LITTLE ROCK? THERE IS MAIL DELIVERY .3 MILES AWAY ON THE NON-ETHNIC SIDE OF WOODSON LATTERAL. ALSO, THE ONE STAFF MEMBER IS RATHER RUDE AT WOODSON.
