I placed a mobile order 30 minutes before they closed was running a bit late and called to ask if 10 was the absolute deadline. He said they would be there till 10 or 15 minutes after close and if I was coming to pick it up it would be fine I got there 5 minutes after close and they said they tossed it. I understand they were under no obligation to hold it but I called and they said it was fine. Points down the drain. Probably won't be ordering from them again

Very rude servers. Never came back for refills or to ask if we needed anything. Asked after we got the pizza If needed plates or silverware.. Dirty, stringy hair dangling in her face with dirty clothes. Insulted us when we were seated by saying rude comments. I’ve never given a bad review like this before. We will NEVER eat there again. This was the main Pizza Hut in Harrison Arkansas.

Great hot food. We got a Lg. Supreme thin crust, great flavor and loved the crunchy crust. Our chicken wings were delicious as well.... Thanks for everything.

Ordered a pizza from 515 S Main St, Harrison, AR 72601 on line about 10pm 7-15-23 , conformation said it would be delivered in 20-30 minutes . It now 11:10pm and no pizza ! They close at11 ! Won’t order from them again ! No service and they LIE !!

Pizza Hut is always great at both locations everyone that works there is courteous and does their job to the best of their ability I just wish that they would bring back the buffet.... Lol ...

I wouldn't even give this 1 star if I had a choice. We ordered a pizza and was told it would be done in 20 minutes. Get in the car directly and pull up to pick up our pizza. A VERY rude worker came to the window and told us they were closed. We said we had an order to pick up and he bluntly told us that it was in the trash and he was trying to get out out of the establishment in a very rude tone. We were not aware that this was going to be a problem and I'm very upset with this kind of service. I recommend using the other location. Not happy.
