Ordered online and one of the sandwiches was made wrong. When I called to see how we could fix a small simple mistake, I was told that it was made right and that the app was not accurate, And to find out they are leaving a underage employee alone in the store. The Sandwiche in question is the #20, she argued that it is not made with rotisserie style chicken.

I visit this location fairly often. At first, I never had a negative experience but now, it seems things have changed. There are many flies in the dining area that just keep bothering you.
Secondly, when ordering a sandwich and describing the veggies you want, if you say lettuce first, they will tell you “I’m going to wait until last so that it is easier to close”. While I do care about making their life easier, the whole point of Subway is to be able to create your sandwich how you want it. If I wanted someone else’s opinion, I would have went somewhere they didn’t ask what or how I wanted it on my sandwich. By putting the lettuce on last, the sandwich refuses to close if it has any at all on it and it all falls out.
Today I went in and ordered as usual. I got to the veggie bar and requested lettuce first. I was greeted by an employee telling me that they would do it last because it was easier. I informed her that while that may be the case, it is much easier to eat if it is on the bottom. She “politely” argued with me for a minute before doing as I wished. It is just frustrating. For a $15 sandwich, it should be how I want it.

We paid 50$ for 3 meals, when we asked for any of the vegetables most of it was out or we just got a few. We were there an hour before closing and they started talking about clocking out and mopping around us. Horrible service would be understandable if we got there at closing but it was an hour early.

Wasn’t supposed to be toasted and where is the meat?? I ordered a foot long and got 2 pieces of roast beef on each half. I WILL NOT ever order online from here again. Such a waste of money.

Absolutely the slowest I have ever seen sandwiches made. It can not be that difficult to make a sub par sub. I honestly have no idea how someone can physically move so slow. If you are looking for a fast and easy sandwich Gentry Subway is not for you.

July 23 my husband and i went to this Subway after and number of issue we have had with cleanliness such flies frozen in cambreos and employees reusing gloves, but finding hair in my food that wasn't even the person who made my food. I work for Subway for two years and the lack of leadership at this restaurant is embarrassing.

Ada at the gentry location earned this 5 star rating. She is so pleasant and kind, no matter what kind of customer she has. When we went in, it was almost closing time and there were quite a few in front of us. She was working the line by herself and had a smile the entire time and still managed to have a wonderful conversation with us. She is full of light and joy! If she isn’t a manager she needs to be one!
