Quite frankly, I'm not sure what to expect from a Waffle House as I've only been to one 1 time, but this is still worse than I expected. The prices were not as cheap as everyone makes Waffle House out to be. However, I did not get any food, so I don't know if it's worth it at all. My friends, however, did mention that their food was good, at least for Waffle House standards. My biggest complaint was how dirty the table was when we sat down. Otherwise, everything met my expectations.

Edit: I came back and actually got food. I had a much better experience. I liked the food and the service was good. It's worth noting it was not that busy, so that probably helped.

Have been here a few times and the food is always really good and also at a good price. Can get a little busy in the morning so you might have to wait a little longer to get your coffee refilled sometimes. But overall a good place and would come back again.

I came in today with my kiddo. It’s her fave place to eat and she’s very very picky so I love seeing her come here gobble up her whole plate.
As we walked in the staff politely informed us that the credit card system was down and they were cash only for now. Not a problem; got cash. Thb, I was kinda surprised they stayed open.
We sat down and our server DJ came right over to get our orders started. He was funny, attentive, and seemed to be kind and easy to work along side his coworkers. He got our order correct and was pleasant.
But Jay is the one I really tip my hat to. He was a fill in manager, cooking, and dealing with the broken register all at the same time. The food was kinda the best Waffle House I’ve ever had.
Thanks to the crew we had the best lunch ever.

The food was pretty good. Nobody that was at our table was impressed with our server "Karen" who was more concerned with who was sitting where in less than half filled lobby. If it's not busy let people sit where they like. And. Ask how many are in a party before telling them they can't sit in a booth. This would be my advice. She didn't make a very welcoming atmosphere at all.

Had The most traumatizing experience today 07/30/23. 10:30am. As I’m walking in to be seated mind you I am happy, at peace and alone. I get confronted by a waiter whom was adamant to have me leave because they were full. However, as a consumer for many years I was more than okay to wait! The waiter continued to make remarks as “Its full it’ll be awhile,” and by the body language and tone it was definitely because he was over just being there. Meanwhile as I am already sitting for about 20 minutes HAPPILY , the same waiter seats a couple before seating me. At this point I started to feel neglected because he acknowledged me and did something completely different in frustration of me even being there. I then saw a seat that was opened and sat in it at the bar on the corner by the fork’s, spoon, and knives. I then was asked what would I like to order and placed it. As I’m waiting I saw I was missing a spoon. This is where it gets interesting, as I’m seeing others grabbing forks spoons and other utensils I continued and got a spoon. suddenly all voices stop and all you hear is the team manager at 10:30 07/30/23 yelling disrespectfully, and UNPROFESSIONALLY “ IF YOU WANT A SPOON YOU SHOULD ASK ONE OF US NOW I HAVE TO WASH ALL THE UTENSILS “ her tone was carried across the entire building some even felt uncomfortable. She grabs all of the utensils and throws them in the sink so aggressively it could of been an osha hazard!!! I asked for the bill when the food wasn’t even served yet paid and left. The same woman saw others doing it and it made me feel discriminated against and so uncomfortable!!! I have never been spoken to like that nor assaulted verbally in this way. I will be contacting HQ and looking into my rights come tomorrow 07/31/23!!!

I have been eating at Waffle House for as long as I can remember. In a world where long time franchises seem to disappear overnight, WH has stayed the course. Service was fast, friendly, and the food was very satisfying.

Worst place by far!! They take forever just to take your order. They gave us the completely wrong thing than what we ordered. husband called to get food remade and they were so busy they said they couldn't remake it right then when they know they messed up. So we are stuck with wrong food and burnt food.. nothing to Eat unless we waste more money Bacon and hash browns were burnt and hard that we couldn't eat it without breaking a tooth. A complete waste of money. On the busiest day they literally have only two employees that are extremely slow and have no clue how to move in a fast restaurant pace. The mgr should do better when scheduling on wkends... I highly recommend any other place than this especially if you want to get food within an hour or even spoken too or acknowledged within 30 minutes... Just awful, and in a college town?!

We went for a late dinner and the waitress was very nice.i started joking around with her, which made going in that much more enjoyable. The bacon was perfect. So was the rest of the food. It was quiet in the place, the customers were hust enjoying a peaceful evening, also.
