Thank You to Ms. Debra for everything! Me and my S.O. Have been on the road for two days heading home we just picked up our kiddos and stopped for a quick bite to eat. Debra was very kind and took care of our needs while we sat down for a meal. She went above and beyond so thank you for making our stop great.

Ordered 2 quarter pounders- but they used a regular hamburger patty. When your onion is 4x bigger than the meat pattie.

Worst McDonald's experience ever.

Cashier wouldn't take my order. Forced me and everyone else to order at the BS kiosk which didn't work correctly (meals weren't a visible option).

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. What I got was a normal hamburger.

In the time I spent eating 5 people walked out after being forced to use the kiosk.

I stop here pretty much every time on my trips to and from the Fayetteville and Springdale area. The food has always been hot and fresh and it’s good for fast food. Fries are always hot and fresh.

Messed up on my order twice before they got it right despite being very simple instructions. No one at the cash register to help out. McDonald’s in general has just gone downhill. All the branches just show it more now.

This location looks nice and freshly remodeled. However, the person up front is lazy, which is unfortunate.
Instead of taking my order when I walked up, she instructed me to use the kiosk. While fumbling my way thru that, another person walked up, and their order was taken at the register. They even got their food before I was done with the kiosk.
Didn't receive any discount for doing the employee's job either.

I prefer writing positive reviews but this store is in a great location and should be thriving. We stopped in for a drink and the restroom (no toilet paper according to my wife).

This relatively new facility seemed unorganized and inefficient. Folks were coming in from the drive thru line to get orders they were unable to get at the window for some reason. Folks entered orders on the kiosks and then stood around way to long waiting.

Time for management to look into the operations side of things. Employees were pleasant. They need leadership (just my opinion).

Stop here often on the way out of NWA headed south to fuel up and grab a burger a couple times a week... ordered a meal today with fries and a drink instead of just a burger. Asked for one condemn for my French fries and was told .32 cents. I will never order another thing for this price gouging facility!! I know this doesn't mean much to them..but the lady behind the counter was a total tool...and I will never give you another dime of my hard earned money... Customer service and appreciation for people goes along way!!
