My entire experience with your storage in Farmington has been excellent!! because of the time of year. It has been difficult for me to find an available storage unit. Last night I was able to reserve a temperature controlled unit, for a very reasonable price, and located 10 minutes away.
When I arrived, Zeke was fantastic to work with!! He was kind, courteous, patient, and walked me through everything I need to know in order to access my storage unit at any time of day. I was extremely grateful when he provided me with a solid, brand new, very safe lock and keys for my storage unit - especially since getting one slipped my mind!
When I realized that having some sort of “pushcart” would be very helpful in order to decrease the amount of time it would take me to unload all my things, he located one.
They have great lighting and security - I will feel safe accessing my belongings at any time of day by myself.
Overall Zeke was extremely helpful and friendly to work with! I feel confident that I made the best decision with my selection of storage units!!

Zeke was super helpful! We got moved into the perfect unit on the fly and he was informative and quick! He was able to make us laugh during a tough situation and we appreciate superior storage for meeting our needs (:

Stopped by the office to complete paperwork and was definitely impressed. Zeke was friendly, knowledgable and quick to assist, picking up the unit reservation process I initiated online right were I left off. He helped set up my rental agreement, get insurance for my unit, pre-pay for future months and give notice for a future move-out in less than15 minutes. It was so nice to get everything taken care of in one trip.

Great location, great service! Everyone there has always been very helpful when I had any questions, definitely reccomend! Very friendly, easy move in and out!

If you need long-term storage, be aware that your rates will go up every 6 months like clockwork.

If you need short-term storage, there are cheaper places within a mile anyway.

Also, be very aware of the 30 day written notice requirement for move-out. Otherwise you'll be paying an extra month's rent and they will happily rent your unit back out ASAP, doubling their money for that month. Does that seem friendly?

I was thinking about getting a storage unit for a while now and I am happy that I chose Superior Storage in Farmington. I had a very easy time finding a unit and leasing it out. Marissa was super helpful, informative, and friendly! The positive staff and clean environment make this place worthy of 5 stars!

Zeke did a great job helping to select an appropriate unit, and was extremely efficient at getting the contract done and the account setup, also was helpful in explaining the layout of complex so it would be easy to locate the new unit. Just a good experience all the way around, would rent from this location again.
