My family and I tried the Horseshoe Grill today for lunch. I was honestly not sure if a four or five star rating would be more appropriate; honestly, it’s more of a 4.5 for me and my wife. But that being said, here are the reasons: 1) All the food we tried was solidly good and tasty, though the portion sizes were a bit average (not many fries with our burgers, for example). That being said; 2) the price of the food is also VERY reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food you get, so, as long as you’re okay with not necessarily leaving stuffed or with a bunch of leftovers, you should be happy with Horseshoe Grill. All that being said; 3) the service was also friendly and the waitress was attentive to our needs; 4) the food all came out quite quickly being that it was the heart of lunchtime, and; 5) the atmosphere in general was pretty rustic and warm. We all agreed that we were happy we went, and as long as everything I described sounds good to you, you should enjoy it too!

Dropped in around 12:30....05.28.23. Had the Catfish and Shrimp plate. I'm from Mississippi. And Mississippi is known for its farm raised catfish. I would put their catfish and shrimp up against any catfish plate in Mississippi. Absolutely ???? AMAZING !!!.

Atmosphere was great. Marissa (our server) was incredible ! Very friendly, helpful, and courteous.

HIGHLY recommend ????????????????.

We had dinner for the first time at The Horseshoe Grill, In June, 2023. It wasn't overly crowded when we arrived. Although it did get busier while we were there. We were seated and were able to order drinks and our dinner together.
The HorseShoe is more of an open building like a barn. Unfortunately this tends to be much louder than typical restaurants. As the Horseshoe was very loud. Enough that the wife did not realize there was music playing out of a speaker right behind me. I'm thinking the outside porch would probably be quieter. Although you would get road noise out there.
I decided to get the same exact meal I had last night at another local restaurant. I wasn't all that impressed last night at the competitor of this restaurant . So I wanted to see if it was the area or the restaurant. I ordered the same type of meal, with the same type of sides. I rarely do this, but went with it.
Well the food came out and without a doubt, everything about it was much better at the Horseshoe. Last night the sides were partially cold and had most of the meal had little to no flavor. Where as the dinner at the Horseshoe was nice and hot, with very good flavor. I wound up eating my whole dinner. But I was a little over full.
So my little experiment paid off with a really good dinner. But now I am really disappointed in what I had last night for dinner.
Here's the worst part. I paid more last night for the same dinner.
So there's my answer. The Horseshoe Grill had much better food and a more cost effective price. I know I probably sound like a plant for the Horseshoe. But last night was my first time ever in Eureka Springs or the area for that matter. My home is many states away and I do not know any one form Eureka Springs.
I'm actually a little sad as we are leaving town and will not be visiting the Horseshoe again. I guess it's one and done. Since it's doubtful that we will be back this way anytime soon. But for folks visiting and looking for good food and a reasonable price, check out the horseshoe. But remember, it can be very loud inside.

Great little resturant off 62 hwy in Eureka Springs. I stopped thinking this was going to be another BBQ place but was pleasantly surprised by the South of the border mexican items as well as a great selection of steaks and sandwiches. Since it was lunch time I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich and subbed Okra for fries. WOW! I would go back just for the Okra, I swear it was fresh, battered beautifully and crunchy but not soggy in the middle or greasy like you sometimes get. Buffalo Chicken was great, not to spicy and served with very fresh lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickles! Good beer selection and 5 star service.

Our dining brought us to Horseshoe Grill today and it was amazing. Wife had the fish and shrimp and fresh veggies and I had the Chicken Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes and fried okra. Followed up with apple crunch pie with ice cream and all of it was delicious. I would recommend Horseshoe Grill to anyone. We enjoyed the food.

Food was very good. My Memphis Grilled Chicken was excellent and had a bit more flavor than my husband’s chicken fajitas. Chips & Salsa were very good with lots of chips. The service was awesome. We will definitely be back!

We were seated quickly. Even though they were short staffed, the server did a very good job trying to tend to multiple tables as quickly as possible. The food was great. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quick bite.

My husband and 3 kids ate here on one of our last days in town, we had lunch ish (it was like 2-3pm). Our waitress was great and the food was great! We spent $80 ($69 something plus tip) here for the 5 of us (2 adults, 14yr old girl, 5 yr old boy and 2yr old girl). I really loved their fries!

I would eat here again but I will likely pay with cash next time. They took 4-5 days to charge my debit card for the meal and it’s been 5 days and they still haven’t charged the tip amount from my card which I’m not a fan of.

Either way, I would still recommend this place (I just recommend paying with cash if the debit charge time bothers you)

I commented about the debit charge thing but when I made my original review I hadn’t thought of the possibility that their Internet might have went down and just assumed this was their normal practice so y’all can disregard this portion of the review :)

Regardless of the charge time, I would still recommend this restaurant and will definitely visit them again :)
