Le Stick Nouveau is a breath of fresh air with its impeccable service and warm atmosphere. The staff's genuine friendliness sweeps away any hint of pretentiousness, creating a welcoming haven. The dishes not only taste delightful but also look like edible artworks, adding a touch of elegance to every bite. Our particular tasting menu was not quite as favorable as other months, it was still a great experience.

If I had to sum up this dining experience in one word it would have to be “fabulous”
This isn’t just a nice dinner out, it truly is an experience. The care and thought that goes into every aspect of the evening is evident. The atmosphere, the service, and dear god the amazing flavors… I can’t say enough to give them appropriate praise. Worth every penny. Just do it.

We travel around the world and dine elegantly a lot. This hidden gem in Eureka Springs is a must. The chefs love their art and excel at it. It was a magnificent dining experience. The staff were second to none. Very personable, friendly, and would have fun right along with you. They not only made our 8 year anniversary special but we may have to be repeats down here moving forward.

Absolutely fantastic place, they have moved and having got to experience the new plan I could not be more pleased with the results.

They run tasting menus that are themed ours was smoke an it was absolutely fantastic. Every course was a unique stand out hit, if they happen to be serving duck, I guess you are in luck because it was amazing, the tomato gazpacho was all beyond stellar, even converting people who don’t like tomato. Highest recommendation!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and had an amazing time! The food was absolutely exceptional, and all of the staff were very friendly. The restaurant also had a very romantic atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and will be back again for sure!

Amazing meal with the perfect wine pairings for each course. I will dream about that salad, cold zucchini soup, and the compressed watermelon dessert with balsamic reduced blueberries! Everything and everyone was perfect!

Music, wine, and food... All perfectly curated and presented to deliver on an exceptional dinner experience. The wait staff is attentive and thoughtful without being cumbersome, truly the vibe of a crew that is a family of their own welcoming us into their home for a meal. Would highly recommend for any outing that should feel special.

This was a great little restaurant! Just happened to be open while we were staying here on our roadtrip back home. 5 small courses, bacon themed, and all delicious. $65 a person. We brought our 10 year old daughter and the owner, Donna, was perfectly fine with us bringing her but her not eating (the food was a little sophicated for her taste buds although she did enjoy 3 out of the 5 that she tasted of mine). She did bring her a portion of the dessert course, super sweet, and chatted with us quite a while throughout the evening. I'm a dessert lover (dessert first!) and highly enjoyed the bacon tomato sorbet and gooey butter cake with some type of bacon glaze. Their menu changes every week. They have fabulous prohibition-y era music playing, so awesome. AND the cocktails are amazing! I will for sure be back next time I come through!
