The El Dorado, AR location isn't a very helpful store, it either "not my department" or "I'm new" excuses all the time. Employees stand around visiting & on their phones, cussing like crazy.

The most helpful person I've had in a while that actually took the time to look something up said she was with the home office, she was there helping set up the store due to renovation/revamping.

Some Wal-Mart locations are organized and neat but not the one in Eldorado, AR. Many things are in the wrong spot with a price under it that does not go with it and the employees are not good to help. I saw a male employee screaming at a shopper a little while ago when I was leaving. Maybe it is everywhere and just part of our culture today. I only go there when I cannot find what I need somewhere else. Many times I order online from somewhere else and wait instead of shopping in person.

it was nice to shop in another WalMart. We were able to locate almost everything on our list and, as always, some that were not on the list!

Have to check my self out, i don't work for walmart, open your check out lanes so your employees can check me out, will be sending walmart a bill.

Update: almost 9 months later and still only two lanes open and the self checkout backed up over 100 feet from the front of the store.

Update: again…. 1-28-2022 @ 9:20am there NO Cashier lanes open, was told to check myself out. Asked service desk about when lanes open, she said there was not a certain time they opened, it’s just “whenever they find somebody to run it” Christopher Goodin needs to get his house in order

Update: again…..3-11-22 there has been someone available to check out people the last FIVE times Ive been there, amazing

Update…..8-20-23, Has consistently had cashiers available at check out for more than a year since my last review. Great job.

This started as a one star review and over two years has turned into a five star, hope they continue to have cashiers available.

This is one of my favorite walmarts to go to! They always have what i need for the most part & ik a manager there & ik she's puttin in ???? every shift she works!!

Dear EL Dorado Walmart " PLEASE " STOP moving stuff around the experience of going in there and waiting in line is bad enough and now we never know where anything is so it takes twice as long to get what you need!!! And please tell your online shopping employee's to STOP blocking all the iles!!! Way to many people and not enough people checking.????u200d♂️????

I waited almost 40 minutes for my groceries in 100° heat! I was not happy with the process!
