The service is unbelievably rude, but the chicken is OMG, so good. Be prepared for the drive thru attendant to make you feel like an idiot if you have any questions, or make the mistake of ordering something from the first menu you see when you drive up. As an example: "We'd like the 12 piece dark please." Guy at window: "No one does that. I'm not sure I can sell you a 12 piece" Me: "OK, well we saw it on the menu" Guy at window: "You might as well get the 15 piece" Me: "OK, lets do that. What are corn nuggets?" Guy at window: (pause) "They're....corn nuggets" Me: "Right, can you tell me about them?" Guy at window: "You look like you don't know what they are. Do you want to just get some?" Me, giving up: "Sure" Pulls out credit card. Guy at window: (heavy sigh, look of despair and frustration) "Please tell me you have cash" Me: "Uh sure, here you go" Guy at window takes cash, closes window, revealing the "cash only" sign that had been obscured.

Everyone else in Arkansas is really nice though! And again, the chicken was GREAT.

Definitely do not recommend this place no longer. Their service is ridiculously rude and snobby. The last 5 times I’ve ate there my food was great only once. But what’s more disappointing the most is waiting for 30 minutes for fish.

Which the fish we had ordered the 4pc. was 25$ for two plates and they didn’t come with drinks just fish and fries. The first NO!! and then the rude lady delivers it to the wrong customer.

I watched the whole thing. The rude lady got the food back and returned it inside the store. Since I seen it all I walked in to demand a refund after I seen the young black guy re sack it and attempt to hand it off to me!! No Sir no Chef Ernesto. Let’s make this public!!

Paid $9.71 for 3 piece of fish fries and a soda the damn fish was fried to hard there was no meat I couldn't eat that waste of money I didn't mind the price I just wanted to enjoy my food ????

I am not racist by no means I have ppl of color in my family, color should not be a problem when ur work in the service industry. But the women who work at this establishment are rude mean and down right hateful... Especially the older women who works the drive thru window. The food is excellent 10/10 and the service is good.... A 0/10 for attitude

Very cheap prices. My husband comes here just for the chicken livers. He gets a 12 piece order and 2 rolls for 4 dollars. The other prices are very cheap. It is always busy at this location. The drive thru is close to the road so you hang out. It is also an out of date building and decor but the food is still good.

The food is great the service is on point! There’s one guy that works there has a very nasty attitude smart mouth and very rude!!! He’s that way every time I go this time I had to tell him how rude he is! He brought me all out of character. He really don’t need to work with the public it’s not his calling! I usually wait till he gets off and then I’ll order my food. He’s the white guy that works at the window. He really need to watch his attitude!
