It's not the friendly small town business it once was. My last visit was disappointing. The cashiers gave the impression that gossip and ignoring customers was more important.

I just happened to be there for a good sale. They are really nice to do business with. It was my second time there and I'll definitely be back. My husband recommended the place first to me after he got our grandson some shoes there.

Alot of people say Sharpe's is expensive . However , when I go shopping , there's no better quality of service or products anywhere else . They are gonna make sure you leave happy and are genuine in their helpful and caring attitudes . Thank you Sharpe's family.

Good deals! Customer service… poor. Went to exchange a pair of jeans and the lady told me I was lying and didn’t buy them there. Just because it was the last style in that pair.

Nice, local department store. Good selection, fair prices. It's nice to go to a department store that doesn't have a corporate environment. Still have lay away and free gift wrapping.

1st time ever in here..went in to look for suspenders and boots and everyone was really nice but the lady working in the shoe dept was probably the nicest most helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with...really good prices on really good shoes clothes etc....definitely a place I'll come back to when I come back to crossett..
