We had Maan Made build us a garage last summer. The whole process was a nightmare. It started with all 3 of the garage doors being a whole foot short and a bunch of damaged and scratched panels. Had them back out to fix their mistakes and the new work didn't really solve the original problems, just replaced them with new problems. On the second trip they were even missing steel and basic materials. I ended up getting them tape for the insulation and galvanizing compound to finish the job. Now I've started having a leak from the roof. Found the culprit being misplaced screws in the roof. Not worth your hard earned money, save yourself the headache.

Absolutely the WORST!!! See pictures! ALL 5 windows installed crooked (and STILL leak after they were supposed to correct the HORRIBLE installation), siding cut short all over and wavy long cuts, garage doors that have a ¾” gap on the bottoms and the doors were NEVER adjusted for easy opening/closing, NO levels were used to put in support beams and framing (no wonder the windows don't fit) and the list of 28 items that needed correction can go on and on. Totally UNSKILLED workers!!!! However, they did clean up some (even their BEER BOTTLES) after they finished, with the exception of screws (perfect for flat tires). It’s no wonder they force ya to pay immediately after they finish... once they get YOUR money, good luck getting anything done right!
BTW, office staff will tell you “we’ll do anything to make you happy”, but send out the SAME un-skillled workers to correct their mistakes... after the installation shows they have NO IDEA of how to do it right in the 1st place!
Lastly, if you try to show the workers the problems, they just argue with you and say "it's supposed to be that way"?????

So because I hung 2 garage doors they say the barn was altered so there for they can not complete the barn. Missing trim,door trim to short, supposed to have mobile home anchors instead they used half inch rebar with a nut welded to it. Pro pannel sheeting 16 inches to short. One star is one to many. Here we are March 2023 still no intentions on completing the job. Maybe the better business bureau or the attorney Generals office might take an interest in this as the are not licensed to do business in New Mexico. Way to go Maan Made Carports and Josies carports!

I had them build me a 30 x 40 x 10... 3 car garage in November 2023. the roof started leaking after a couple months, they did not tell me metal closures were available but extra the crest of the roof leaks down the middle when the wind blows during a rain. I have had a leak everytime it rains they have been telling me for months they would come fix it They finaly came and fixed the seam leaks in the roof but not before water ran down thru one of my garage door openers and has shorted it out been told it probably got the circuit control board wet and shorted it i have been able to get to them on the phone one time regarding the opener and the lady told me she would have someone reach out to me...nothing yet now they won't answer their phone.

3 stars provided based on communication and work quality. Scheduling advised I would receive a call 2 days before coming & as the days progressed later in the arrival week i called and the scheduler said oh they’ll be there tomorrow. Crew provided times of arrival and never showed on that time which made it a pain to let my dogs out and put them. I also wish the crew finished during day hours so I could see and address concerns since there are areas that we’re missing screws luckily there were many left on the ground i used. The crew damaged parts of my concrete while hammering on the ground which will cost me more money for my epoxy work but overall the structure is good but will require me coming back on area’s that were rushed so the crew could go back home. Feels like I should be owed partial refund for the service but not parts.

I had a RV carport installed around my existing travel trailer. The installers did an awesome job working around my trailer and all my lines. It has rained several times since the installation and absolutely no leaks The price was great and all the office people were very nice and helpful The installers even called me and made sure everything was ok to my satisfaction.
I would highly recommend this company

They haven't even put up my carport yet they engorge all my calls frankly seems like I have been scammed by MAAN MADE Carports INC.
