The store itself is great. There's lots of items you can't get anywhere else, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I do want to warn anyone looking for chocolate cake that has any suggestion of chocolate flavor: stay away from the Cafe Valley Triple Fudge Chocolate Cake. If I were blindfolded and given this chocolate cake to eat, I would say I got the wrong slice, thinking that maybe someone gave me their own vanilla cake by mistake, because there is ZERO chocolate flavor anywhere. The fudgy-looking frosting is just vaguely sweet, but notably absent of anything resembling chocolate, and the cake itself, while moist and decent as far as cake goes, is also completely devoid of a single chocolate note. Honestly, it's impressive that something that LOOKS as chocolatey as this cake does can have such a complete and utter lack of chocolate anywhere to be found. Do yourself a favor and skip this brand of chocolate cake.

Please don't take this as a criticism of the store itself, because as I said, the store is great. Just take a pass on the Cafe Valley Triple Fudge "Chocolate" Cake.

Only thing I didn't like, was all of the berries were not good. Can't seem to find any good berries anywhere in town. Everything else was good. Employees didn't acknowledge or talk to me, but that's fine. Wasn't super busy, which was nice because I hate grocery shopping. They had everything I needed.

Real good store. I find that 9 times out of 10 they have plenty of things in stock and the store is clean. Haven't ran into a rude worker here at all either, so most of the staff here is great as well. If you don't like Walmart but need to get groceries and you live in/anywhere near Cabot, this is the store for you.

Vegetables are very fresh and tasty! I love this store!
Also these fresh breads were so yummy!!
My family and I love these fresh breads.
Most of time, They fad fresh green vegetables. One of my favorite is Cilantro! The store is very clean and tidy up almost every shelf.
I recommend!!

We love harps and prefer to shop here! Today I had an issue with my pickup order. I choose pick up for a reason, usually being I am not dressed and not willing to get out of my car ha today is 80 degrees and I had my little pup in the car with me. I get a notification saying no one is available to bring my order out and I have to come in and get it myself. I hate how entitled this makes me sound, but I do pay extra to have them collect it all AND bring it to me. I understand staffing shortages. If you don’t have enough employees, don’t offer extra services. So what do I do, I leave my pup in the car in 80 degrees praying I don’t have to be inside long and no one calls the cops on me or breaks my window. Come to find out the whole time sweet David was already on his way to my car with my order. He was so polite and apologized profusely even though I’m sure he didn’t even know the situation. I wanted to give a shoutout to David, because he turned an almost negative experience into a positive one. I probably wasn’t the most pleasant at first, but his kind demeanor quickly changed mine. As someone who has worked in customer service since I was old enough, I know how valuable an employee like that can be. Thanks David!

This is a great smaller store. It has better cheeses, produce, and other products which aren't available at the Walmart Neighborhood Market. It's also much cleaner. The employees are nice and helpful, and so far I'm happy with their pharmacy. Their prices are a bit higher than Walmart for typical items and they don't have the volume of inventory, but that's to be expected. I'll definitely return.

Update: I stand by my previous review, but now that I've been shopping there for a while now I can say that the employees here are the best. They're friendly & helpful. They don't act like they're begrudgingly doing their job. It's refreshing! And, it's nice to not have to check out my groceries myself. The pharmacist actually takes his time to explain how to take your medicine, and he seems to care. I'm happy I have such a great store close by that doesn't lean on the modern conveniences which are really only convenient for the store, not the customer.

Great shopping experience. No long lines. Prices were good and so was the selection of the things I needed. Employees were helpful as well.

Always clean and stocked store. They may not carrier everything but what they do have is always on the shelves and full. Love the Martha Harp’s rolls and breads from the bakery area.
