Bathrooms don’t work — out of service. What kind of place is this? Also no ordering kiosk. Lousy place. Try another Taco Bell Also , no taco sauce and no silverware available. Pathetic

There were only two employees working at the time. They were doing their best and were very friendly, but we waited in line to order a long time. We had little meat on our tacos, no Mexican pizza even though the billboard outside advertises it, and this location is very dirty.

I am a regular customer of Taco Bell and KFC. THEY share a store here. The bathroom was dirty and there was only one stall working. The staff were abrupt and the place is creepy. It is NOT the image I suspect you want for your business. If it was inspected I think it would not pass a basic cleaning inspection. Then looked at the reviews and realized that corporate MUST KNOW how bad this place is. It just doesn't care. I have lost so much respect for these 2 brands.

Act as if you’re bothering them when u are ready to order. Instead of taking a min to grab some ones the cashier just handed me a pocket full of change. Place looks like IT’s never cleaned. No sauce , straws or condiments on the self serve table an lobby soda machine don’t work. Need I say more !! Poor !!

I tried to order a new promotional item and even after they confirmed they had it available they still gave me a sloppy carelessly made taco. Honestly they just need to shut this place down. Downhill is an understatement to explain where this place has gone.

Drive through was not open and no ones talks at driver through mic or window.
You have to come in to place order, if you are choosing something from Taco bell menu they ran out of all ingredients which are basic like black bean and potato.

$5.90 for large fries very expensive

For being off to interstate and you wanted to just go through the draw through and you have to go in kind of makes things a little longer than what you. Want then you got people outside standing around at work there just not doing anything...

Lobby was not open, nobody came to the speaker in the drive-thru, then the door says open for "Mobile Orders Carryout", but the app says online ordering not available. On top of that, it says to pick up orders inside, yet the doors are locked. How does a company expect to make money this way?? Why are the employees even "working"?
