Absolutely terrible service. Water shut off in this town over a dozen times since last year. No compensation or refunds. And always put on boil order. Either the lines and equipment need to be updated or the staff does..... Wish I could give 0 stars ????

Charging me for water usage this month I didn't use, 8850 gallons and to claim they read my meter when it had a half inch of dirt on it. I had to clear off 3 days ago just to see my numbers and red needle to make sure I didn't have a leak. Now to find out a close friend of mine it happened to her as well. So everybody check your meters make sure they even cleaned off too read. Not a Happy camper here. Beware sounds like somebody needs a new car overcharging customers for water they didn't even use
