The Heritage Group Real Estate was a professional company and a delight to work with… not only professional, but caring, thoughtful, and super patient with me and listened to my every need on what I wanted in a home… I lived out of state and looking for a house that would meet that need, which was a major task for anyone to take on. Yolanda Mullins was my Realtor and what jewel she was and is …. She was super patient with me and she worked hard to make sure I was informed on everything that hit the market immediately. She did us tours on the pwe thought might be a potential house. I was not the easiest person to please, but she hung in there to the end… encouraging me to keep going to find my prefect home. She was right, I found my prefect home, prefect location and within my budget. I’m so happy, and I love my new home and very comfortable living in it. Thank You, Yolanda, I appreciate you in so many ways, we are family, Thank You Heritage Group for having the best realtor in the world.

Justina expertly navigated all the hurdles of selling our home. She was an invaluable asset in determining the local market which helped us remain competitive while still getting the best offer. Justina’s experience with marketability was essential to make good decisions to help our house show really well.
And she handled details, lots of details, even making sure that the cat was fed!!

Kaitlyn Coulter has been wonderful to us and for us. She is always so cheerful and responsive. I am an over-communicator and her communication is great. She explains every step of the process in ways that is easy to understand. She was patient with us when we changed our mind or was on tight schedules. I would recommend her to anyone.She helped us not to settle and to hold out for our dream home!
